A Connexions Personal Advisers (PAs) can work with you and your young person from the age of 13 up to 25 if your they have learning difficulties and/or disabilities which require extra support. They will usually have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
Connexions PAs work with schools, colleges, social care, training providers and other organisations ensuring that you and your young person are supported correctly and made aware of all of the options available.
Connexions Dudley will provide information, advice, guidance and practical support to help your young person get ready for adult life. Sometimes this is a process known as ‘Transition’, or ‘Preparing for Adulthood’.
